Publication of School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document 2024

The Department for Education has published the final version of the 2024 School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD) which can now be accessed on Gov.uk.

The parliamentary process requires that there is a 21-day period before the STPCD comes into force on 8 November, with its provisions back-dated to 1 September.

Once the STPCD 2024 has passed into law, school pay policies will need to be updated to reflect the 2024 changes.
